This is a 6 month program of coaching and development of a governance structure specifically for licenced Financial Advice Provider businesses which will exceed the expectations of the applicable financial advice laws together with other relevant legislation for NZ businesses in creating an appropirate business culture managing people, performance and quality.
It is particularly designed for those small businesses obtaining their own licence who have not had formal governance procedures in place previously or governance experience, and the focus is upon developing appropriate polices, procedures and controls and a framework for an ongoing effective governance structure which is both compliant and pragmatic.
It is a one-to-one service in other words.
In developing robust governance it includes re-assessing strategy in light of the impacts of COVID-19 on the sector and developing capability with stronger marketing platforms enabling digital advice delivery, and the necessary controls to ensure this is done so effectively and compliantly.
The business owner will receive 3 hours personal monthly coaching in the development of their governance structure and controls, and a further 3 hours of support monthly in the development and delivery of bespoke documents and tools for the implementation of the governance protocols within their business.
It is expected that the business owner will need to contribute at least a similar amount of time (6-8 hours per month) implementing systems and changes within their business over the course of 6 months.
Cost is $9,000 (plus GST) for the 6 month coaching and support program.
