We have employed staff for many years now and I wish I had received this training earlier. The relationship between myself and the team has grown but with the new training techniques everyone is doing better. Also my time for my family as increased because I now have a better approach for team members to take responsibility. Farming can be tough and with the right team and culture any thing can be achieved, this course gives you the tools and training for that.
