The course covered the foundations of Lean and placed 5S within this context which was really good.The exercise conducted was good for demonstrating the sort process as well as showing what waste is. By actually conducting some 5S activities the team was able to understand the concepts. Tony was really good at delivering the course and using examples which helped the teams understanding.
