Strategic Marketing Package 1 $1,500
Client one on one training to establish brand positioning. Key learnings for the client include marketing strategy, setting a vision, target audiences, competitor landscape and SWOT analysis.
ACS Marketing to provide learnings on setting a brand positioning statement for the client including brand story overview.
ACS Marketing to review and audit current marketing activity and channels and provide recommendations to improve customer experience. This includes reviewing digital channels including website, social media channels. ACS Marketing to audit physical location if applicable and provide recommendations on improving customer touch points e.g visual merchandising, signage, customer service.
Work one on one training client to establish a tactical marketing plan that the business can implement to support them in meeting objectives and align with their brand position. ACS Marketing will provide client with training on recommended marketing options including website and social media content, recommended channels to reach target audience.
15 hours in total spent working with the client directly training the client over a 1 month period focusing on strategic marketing training and providing recommendations on a tactical marketing plan moving forward.
