The programme offers 6 half day workshops (delivered over an agreed timeframe) supported with DISC profiles for individual participants. The six workshops are:

1 - Leadership Principles : the five practices of exemplary leadership; the principles of self-leadership; actions and ownership; roles and responsibilities of a team leader and above the line/below the line behaviours.
2 - Performance Management : the five golden rules of performance management; performance planning; performance standards; and development planning.
3 - Effective Feedback : giving and receiving feedback; feedback model; annual performance reviews; performance review practical exercises; managing and dealing with poor performance.
4 - Coaching : principles of coaching; coaching styles; the manager as a coach; coaching environment; active listening and using the GROW model.
5 - Communication and Conflict Management : principles of effective communication; conflict management; behavioural styles; holding courageous conversations.
6 - Personal Effectiveness : defining efficiency and effectiveness; time management; goal setting to achieve success.

Up to 12 participants can be registered to attend the 6 sessions and each participant is required to complete a DISC profile to help increase their self-awareness and leadership capability.

For a group booking the cost of the service is $1750.00 + GST per workshop (up to 12 participants). Plus the cost of a DISC Advanced Profile of $295.00 + GST per person and a team report for the entire at $360.00 for the group. Additional costs are charged for travel outside of the Waikato Region.

The total investment for up to 12 participants is $14,400 (made up of $10,500 for 6 workshops, 12 DISC profile $3,360 and $360 for team DISC profile).

For individuals booking the six module programme the total cost is $2,455+GST per person.

The Executive Edge Team

The Executive Edge program is the brainchild of a group of organisations who have a key interest in supporting the development and success of executives who are committed to personal and professional growth in the Waikato.
