This one-on-one course has been designed to assist existing businesses in communicating with their audiences and boost incoming enquiries, with a view to increase sales from a wider audience. This course would be of great benefit to those businesses who have lost some, or a significant amount of work due to the Covid-19 crisis, and are looking to increase the number of incoming leads to their business.
Taking place entirely via Skype we will advise you on how to improve your websites' ability to bring in new customers.
We will be providing advice and recommendations throughout the course to help you improve the customer journey, however we will not be carrying out the work on your site - this is up to you.
Across 4 sessions of 3.5 hours each, we will go through:
SESSION 1: Understanding Your Audience
We will provide advice on how to reach 3 key audiences available to your business. We will also advise on how to best communicate with them via advertising and your website content.
SESSION 2: Planning your Content
In this session, we will take a look at your current website and review the customer journey as it stands. We will advise you on the changes to website copy and page structure which need to be made to better reach the audiences identified in Session 1. Depending on your business model, this might relate to improving a customer journey to a Contact Form, or to make a Purchase.
SESSION 3: Advertising
Once you have reworked the content on your website, you need to ensure that you have advertising channels appropriately set up to maximize your advertising spend. We will review and provide advice relating to your existing advertising platforms (for example Adwords, remarketing ads, display ads, print ads and social ads), and recommend ways to minimize your ad spend but increase visits to your site. We will provide advice around Google Ad campaigns, keywords, and setting up ads. We will will also provide advice on how to test and compare campaigns, as well as what budgets you should be setting to make sure the campaigns work to meet your business needs.
In summary, we will provide advice on how to:
- Identify your ideal customer
- How to create content that resonates with your ideal customer
- How to create compelling landing pages that entice new leads
- How to create advertisements (print and/or online) that resonate with each of your audiences
This course is run over 4 online sessions, at 4.5 hours each. The course is charged at $150 per hour, plus GST.
