HR Consultancy - Learn to navigate your way through the changeable field of Human Resources, particularly through COVID19

This is one on one coaching that will allow managers to develop the HR skills they need to manage the people they have within their business.

CONTENT: is driven by the client's needs, but can include any or all of the following areas:
- Restructuring and redundancy
- Organisational strategy
- Policies and procedures
- HR documentation
- Disciplinary, performance improvement

OUTCOMES: Working alongside our HR consultant to define your needs, you will receive one on one coaching to assist you with development of any or all of the areas above, or explore any other areas that you need assistance with. You will understand organisational strategy and how to best structure your business for the long term. You will understand what procedures you need to follow to be legislatively correct in your dealings with staff under difficult circumstances. You may choose coaching to assist you with performance improvement of your staff and what steps you need to take to ensure this is successful and what the next steps to take are if it is unsuccessful. You may also choose to receive assistance with developing policies and other HR documentation.

TIME: 10 hours

Management Skills 101: Having Challenging Conversations
Workshop designed for business owners and/or managers who have staff, and need to learn skills to have discussions with their employees regarding changing behaviour, or addressing workplace issues in a positive, and constructive way.
Challenging conversations workshop - duration 2.5 hours, $250 pp. ($100 + GST per Hour)

Finding yourself in that awkward situation where you have to discuss a sensitive or critical matter with an employee?
Having a conversation with an employee on a sensitive personal or awkward work matter can be challenging to the best of us.
Learn the skills to having that conversation and take away some useful and practical tools you can use immediately at this two hour workshop.

Content:
- What a challenging conversation is
- Conflict handling positions
- Some situations that might be challenging to address
- Preparing for and having the conversation
- Handling situations before they arise
- Dealing with difficult responses at meetings

• To gain confidence in having the conversation
• To know what you need to do to follow a best practice process and get a result
• To take away some practical tools and skills that can be used immediately in the workplace
