Objective: To build a practical system for measuring and improving what matters.

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measures how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.
Companies use KPI's to evaluate their success at reaching agreed targets.
Without regular and objective feedback about progress, companies are at the mercy of hope and chance.

An internal quality system is critical to the success of any business, as it ensures that the deliverables produced, meet the requirements of the customer.
If internal quality systems are not standardised, robust or effective, businesses run the risk of costly rework, customer claims or worse still the loss of key customers or accounts.
Often internal quality systems are taken for granted. Teams become complacent, the checks and balances become robotic ticks and signatures on a piece of paper.

Quality is everybody’s responsibility!
This series of workshops and coaching sessions aim to create ownership for internal quality systems resulting in measured productivity, improved team morale and most of all customer satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES:
To define quality ‘measures that matter’ and depict these visually.
To coach teams to deploy improvement initiatives that increase the accuracy and effectiveness of the quality process.
To impress upon the team why individual ownership of the quality system, quality monitoring (of inputs), quality in process (control) and final quality assurance (of outputs), is critical to productivity and customer satisfaction.
To educate teams in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tools that identify causes of repetitive poor quality.
Identify, prioritise and implement robust counter measures and solutions to quality problems.
