- Where you currently are – let’s take stock of all your digital assets, and what they’re doing for you
- What level of digital maturity does your organisation have, and what can you do to take it to the next level?
- Which goals are most important to you (big picture) and the micro goals you can work on to achieve them
- Where to spend your money and which platforms to be on today and into 2020+

You’ll learn:
- How to deliver sophisticated content and ad campaigns (through both paid and organic methods) – don’t just produce content for the sake of content
- Where the organic (unpaid) digital marketing opportunities exist now (combating the diminishing reach of brands) – hint: it’s not your facebook posts

Over four sessions, we will progressively take you through the critical stages required to develop a SMART Marketing Plan. In each session, you will LEARN more about marketing and then apply that knowledge to BUILD your SMART Marketing Plan using our Marketing Toolkit.
Workshop 1: Define Your Foundations- 2.0 hours
LEARN- What is marketing? What is branding all about? Why is it important? Review Simon Seneks Golden Circle.
BUILD- Using our Marketing Toolkit Templates you will define your business foundations.
• Why do you get out of bed in the morning? Vision/Purpose.
• How do you do it? What values guide your business and set you apart?
• What do you do? All the tangible things your customers/consumers see?
Workshop 2: Understand the Environment you operate in- 2.0 hours
LEARN – Techniques to evaluate external and internal factors that impact on your business -PEST, Category Review, Channel Review, Competitor Profile, Consumer Insights, SWOT
BUILD- Using our Marketing Toolkit Templates you will complete your Environmental Analysis and SWOT
Workshop 3: Understand Your Brand and Business USP - 2.0 hours
LEARN- What is a brand – Positioning, Personality, Benefits Ladder, Strategy Choice Model Customer/Consumer Benefits Ladder
BUILD – Using our Marketing Toolkit Templates you will define your brand positioning and choose key strategies
Workshop 4: Complete Your SMART Marketing Plan – 2.0 hours
LEARN- About setting goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics (GOST), The 5 P’s of Marketing, Setting Budgets, Tracking Outcomes.
BUILD- Using our Marketing Toolkit Templates you will complete a detailed 12 month plan – what you will do, when you will do it and who will do it.
Time Required: 8 hours in Workshops plus 8 hours of support time from InHouse Marketing to complete your Marketing Toolkit Templates and a 12-month marketing plan.
