The work will include a Judgment assessment, which will provide detailed information on the leader’s processing style, decision-making approach and their openness to feedback and coaching;

This Leadership Development service will include a series of meetings, online personality assessment questionnaires, feedback sessions, data analysis, and coaching sessions.
