This Business Accelerator Program combines one on one and workshop sessions run over a period of 12 months.

Within the 12 month program you will spend time with our business consulting team, designing your business plan, setting your business budget and creating your cashflow forecast. These are the starting fundamentals to a successful business.

You will then participate in quarterly coaching sessions, identifying areas where you can improve your business performance, upskilling you in areas where you are feeling challenged, discuss burning issues, changing your mindset where needed, creating quarterly goals and action plans, identifying strategies to achieve your goals and holding you accountable.

Part of your upskilling will be focused on you, as the business leader, increasing your financial literacy and understand the numbers, educating you on the benefits of making profit and offering products and services that are profit generating.

COVID-19 is already having a serious impact on our businesses and communities. There is a huge amount of uncertainty that requires thoughtful, people-first responses. WE have put together a package to support our businesses through this time and to help with the supporting docs you may require in the event of an audit.

This will be a one on one online training using Zoom online meetings over the course of 6 weeks.

Course Content:
-Budgeting and Forecasting
Confirming eligibility of the Govt Support package
Reviewing accounts to confirm changes in revenue expectations / outcomes
Education on weekly cash flow reporting
Strategies to maintain cash flow
Scenario planning including employee retention on at least 80% of their income
-Business Continuity Plan
A business continuity plan (BCP) pinpoints the most important parts of your business, identifies potential risks to these critical pieces and prepares you to recover as quick and easy as possible. Contingency planning is a crucial part of continuity planning — it means having a backup if your original plan no longer works. It’s your plan B. Together we will produce an action plan that is easy to execute, has measures in place and is based on high impact actions that will leverage your business forward.
-Documenting proof of ‘active steps’ taken to respond to the financial impacts of covid19 on your business
You will need to be able to prove that you are taking active steps to mitigate the financial impact of COVID-19 on your business. Active steps might include activating a business continuity plan; or seeking advice and support from bank or financial advisors, the Chamber of Commerce, a relevant industry association, or a Regional Business Partner programme.
-Weekly check-ins for support and advice for 6 weeks.
