The initial 4 hour business planning session with 4 follow up accountability sessions is either one to one or for all the key business decision makers / management team.

Each session is facilitated by the same experienced business person ensuring continuity, who will lead you through the thinking process to identify your business purpose, vision and outcomes that you want to achieve. Business values, KPIs, and high level budget targets will be set.

The initial 4 hour session is followed by 4 quarterly accountability coaching sessions of 1.5 hours. The accountability coaching is a structured process to ensure the Business Plan stays current and goals are achieved thereby creating a rolling 90 Day Action Plan that ensures key projects are committed to AND implemented. The quarterly coaching creates a forum where the key business decision makers/management team can discuss burning issues with a trusted third party and the process increases discipline and accountability through an independent coach.

4 Follow on Quarterly Accountability Coaching Sessions:
Each quarterly session will identify areas where performance can be improved, refine the SMART goals previously set as well as strategies and actions to achieve the business goals. The session also allows any burning issues to be discussed in a timely manner.
As an outcome of each session the 90 day action plan is updated with the activities that need to be executed within set time frames, which in turn helps business owners / managers to stay on track and achieve the goals set.
Time commitment:
* Session Prework (15-30 minutes each session)
* 4 x Accountability Sessions of 1.5 hours each

A forecast helps predict and plan for large irregular cashflow requirements in advance and can provide peace of mind that your business is adequately funded for the next 12 months.

The forecast will give business owners/managers a better understanding of the impact management decisions have on cashflow.

More complex forecasts include sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.

During the process an experienced accountant will go through your historical monthly results as well as your plans and goals for the next 12 months with you (one on one), and develop a draft forecast profit and loss report, cashflow report as well as forecast balance sheet for further discussion and fine tuning.

Once finalized the profit and loss forecast can be uploaded to your accounting software for monthly reporting purposes.

The workshop starts with a Shared Values presentation explaining what Shared Values are and the benefits of having them, and demonstrate how they underpin behaviour.
