The value proposition for your defined target market will be crafted and opportunities and vulnerabilities identified.

The initial session culminates in clear, realistic and measurable goals for the next 12 months as well as an action plan to achieve them.
The initial 4 hour session is followed by 4 quarterly accountability coaching sessions of 1.5 hours. The accountability coaching is a structured process to ensure the Business Plan stays current and goals are achieved thereby creating a rolling 90 Day Action Plan that ensures key projects are committed to AND implemented. The business planning outcome will be a clear strategic outline of what you need to do, by when, to unlock the potential in your business. The resulting planning document will be your concise road map against which you can measure your progress over the next quarter and year.
The quarterly accountability follow on coaching creates alignment on shared business goals, helps managers/owners stay on track with their 90 day actions and ultimately helps achieve the rolling 90 day goals as well as the annual business goals set at the first session.

As an outcome of each session the 90 day action plan is updated with the activities that need to be executed within set time frames, which in turn helps business owners / managers to stay on track and achieve the goals set.

A detailed monthly profit and cashflow forecast provides a better understanding of the cashflow needs of your business for the next 12 months and allows more effective goal setting and communication within the business. Q2’S Organisational Review process takes a full day, or two half-day sessions if you’d prefer.

During the review, Q2 will:
• Discuss the five fundamentals to develop an Organisation Chart
• Discuss the four key principles you must adhere to when developing or modifying your Organisation Chart
• Review our structured process for creating an Organisation Chart
• Utilise our Organisation Chart template
• Recommend the next steps to take to develop your first draft.

Over the following weeks, you will then submit your final draft for us to review, and we’ll discuss our recommendations in order to finalise your organisational structure.

Many businesses do not have clarity around their team’s defined roles and responsibilities. This often results in owners wearing too many ‘hats’, meaning little time spent is on strategic or high-level activities that create real value for the business.

An Organisational Review helps build a functional Organisation Chart which visually defines departments, key functions, roles and responsibilities. Q2 will help you as a business owner to structure your business so that it is more sustainable and scalable.

You’ll attend an initial full day planning session with Q2 where we’ll discuss the fundamentals to develop an Organisation Chart. We’ll help you determine the ideal roles for the business as opposed to fitting roles to the people in your team. You’ll also gain clarity on what functions can potentially be outsourced.

After reviewing your current structure we’ll follow our experienced process to create a functional Organisation Chart using our highly effective templates. We’ll provide you with recommendations and next steps for you to complete the first draft of your Organisation Chart and monitor your progress over the following weeks as you refine and finalise your chart.

Upon completion we’ll meet again to review and tweak your organisational structure. We’ll act as a sounding board for you to discuss your ideas, make effective strategic decisions and develop a better, more sustainable business model.

Time commitment for participants:
