"Tourism Fast Track provides tourism business owners and managers with new practical concepts that can be implemented in their business straight away. The programme offers participants a mix of market research and statistics, best practice examples, business planning, branding, marketing and customer experience management relevant to their businesses.

The course includes four half day workshops interspersed with two hours of one-to-one coaching. The workshops cover:
• Designing and Managing the Customer Experience – including improving quality and therefore value offered to customers.
• Systems to Deliver Growth – supporting consistent delivery of highly valued visitor experiences.
• Product Marketing and Distribution – to gain more customers, improved yield and seasonality.
• Working Together to Accelerate Growth – exploring cooperative marketing and development opportunities to build brand awareness and grow visitation.

Course participants are also presented with a series of user-friendly templates including a customer satisfaction survey, a Marketing Development Plan, a Tourism Marketing and Development Calendar and a sample media release.

4 x 3 hour workshops (generally over two to four weeks)
2 hours one-to-one coaching to assist with implementing new ideas.
