This workshop is for leaders who are looking at how to identify continuous improvement opportunities within business areas.

Learning
Throughout the workshop, your people will learn how to how to evaluate the current state, apply ‘go, look, see’ activities to identify types and amounts of waste in the process and establish future state. You will learn how to establish a gap analysis and develop an estimate of potential gains that could be realised, with a focus on driving the company forward to meet a required future state.

Conducted over a period of 1 to 5 days, this activity costs $1990 plus GST and disbursements per day.
