"Leading and Managing Change is the set of tools that managers require to lead staff through a change, as well as manage the changes to an organisation’s structure, roles, culture and work practices. It covers:
- Change readiness assessment
- Approaches to organisational change
- Helping staff through change
- Setting up the implementation structures
- Roles and responsibilities of change sponsors and agents
- Implementation planning requirements.
One full day – 8.30 – 5.00pm

Cost per person depends on the number of participants.
Leading and Managing Change requires a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 attendees.
Leading and Managing Change has a minimum cost of $3,500 plus GST and disbursements.
