"Many business applications exist in the cloud or cyberspace. How do we know what’s available and how to use them. This workshop presents:
• internal business applications - Office.com, collaboration tools, Google Docs, Web Meetings
• On-line data storage – what’s available, how to access it, security, pricing, benefits and issues
• On-line liaison with customers - DimDim, Tokbox, Adobe Connect, Skype, Google Latitude

Follow-up coaching and One to One sessions are charged at $150/hr. It is proposed these be delivered by phone or Skype. If face to face/on-site assistance is required this can also be considered with each client or group of clients based on the location, level, nature and timing of coaching required. The cost of travel and accommodation will be included as required. Travel is charged at actual for flights and taxis and mileage at .71c km.
