The BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITY MATRIX (B.A.M) is a business planning tool that clarifies internal accountabilities, targets - then holds Leaders & team members ACCOUNTABLE for DAILY, MONTHLY, QUARTERLY actions and activities that deliver desired short, medium & long term goals.

How does it work?
B.A.M is a facilitated process that builds layers of accountability and responsibility within a leadership team. At the completion of the B.A.M process, departmental & individual deliverables are set then cascaded throughout the business providing a planned pathway that drives the delivery of productive outcomes – internal KPI’s, goals & targets.
It takes (at least) 6 facilitated sessions create a B.A.M plan.
Success requires the FULL commitment and participation of the Leadership team.
