A 90-day programme to clear the way for improved business
profitability and growth, developing your business planning and
business management skills
Cost and obligation free - Introductory fact finding meeting
I will use my extensive accumulated commercial experience over many
business sectors, to work with you “one on one”, and interact with you,
and the employees of the business as appropriate, to enable you to
develop a Business Development Action Plan for your business, and
commence the implementation of that plan.
I will take an independent look at the company and guide you through a
review process, giving you the benefit of some business experiences
you haven’t had as yet (but I have) and at the end of the programme
you will be more capable of continuing the business development
process.
At the end of the programme we will have:
• Reviewed products, services, markets, sales and marketing
processes, operations, financial plans, customer reliance, and
other business influencers
• Identified the key profit drivers of your business
• Identified opportunities for growth
• Identified the obstacles and challenges in the business and
developed strategies to overcome them
• Developed an action plan with priorities going forward
This is a fortnightly mentoring programme over a period of 3 months
with as much email and phone communication in between those
meetings as we need to effectively complete our work together.
At the end of the programme you will have a Business Development
Action Plan which you will be implementing and monitoring its success.
The cost is $4750.00 plus GST payable 50% on commencement and
50% on completion.
