Bev has held senior management positions across a number of industry sectors. In 2007 Bev completed a doctoral thesis on governance. She has held chair positions and served as a director/trustee on others in both the not-for-profit and business sectors.

Nick has had over 26 years’ experience as a senior financial and operations manager including 10 years as an Executive Director of the Interlock Group. Nick has held a number of directorships and chairmanships in both the SME
market and not for profit sectors.
