Title Effective Communication
Content Description This program uses a communication profiling report of the client. Using a web based psychometric test a client profile is generated. The coaching sessions then follow and cover the following key areas:-
1, Communicate to manage
2. Active Listening
3. Assertiveness
4. Questioning techniques
5. Work Implications

Duration (sessions/hours) 3 sessions each of 120 minutes each spread over 3weeks
Total 6 hours provided. Of this 80% will be one on one balance for developing material for the program and training. .
