Welcome to a new one on one coaching service for tourism business owners and managers designed to improve bottom line performance right from the start of the programme. The training / coaching is delivered by a network of independent specialists in the New Zealand tourism industry who are able to provide you with directly relevant experience, contacts, tools and templates.
You can choose the areas that you’d like to focus on from a comprehensive menu of 24 tourism specific training / coaching modules. Training material is provided at the start of each two hour module and includes a mix of best practice examples or user-friendly templates for you to start using straight away. One on one coaching then provides you with a practical pathway to implement improvements as soon as possible. Each module is delivered by phone / Skype and email in order to keep costs down.
