This training focuses on the key areas for consideration when undertaking strategic business planning. It enables you to develop a ‘living’ business plan which will highlight the milestones that you need to reach in order to achieve your business vision in the short, medium and long term.

This training will be undertaken over 16-20 hours and will include workshops, coaching and the actual development of the business plan.
We will also look at your role as business owner and ask you to undertake a psychometric personality assessment to gain greater insight into your leadership style as well as your thinking, coping and interpersonal preferences.

The fee for this training is:
- Working one on one= $5,495 + GST ($2,747.50 with funding)
- Working with your management team= $6,495 + GST ($3,247.50 with funding).

Follow up coaching sessions will be charged at an hourly rate of $225 + GST. less
