Module one - Self Development and Organisational thinking
Workshop objectives
• To increase participants self awareness about their leadership capabilities
• To create understanding of the role of critical thinking in business improvement
• Understanding the role of organisational development in business improvement
Learning outcomes
• Increased Leadership self awareness around personal strengths, weaknesses and preferences using feedback profiles (the TMI personality and FIRO – B relationship profiles)
• An understanding of the theory and practical application of critical thinking methodologies in business improvement
• An understanding of the key organisational drivers of business success related to the participants business

Module two – Unlocking Productivity
Workshop objectives
• An understanding of the principles of workplace productivity related to the participants workplace
• An understanding of the principles of breakthrough and creative thinking in improving productivity
• An understanding of how team dynamics influence productivity and performance
Learning outcomes
• An understanding of the key drivers of workplace productivity in the participants workplace
• Knowledge of the theory and participation in a creative thinking process related to participants business which achieves new thinking around current business practice
• An understanding of the principles of team performance and the development of an action plan to improve team performance



Module three – Performance Improver
Workshop Objectives
• An understanding of a key coaching model
• An understanding of how to diagnose accurately the needs of individual staff against key performance indicators
• For Leaders to understand their personal leadership style and have the flexibility and skills to choose appropriate action with each member of their team
Learning outcomes
• Greater self knowledge of their style as a leader and how it affects their ability one on one with staff
• How to use a high performance Coaching/Mentoring model
• Understanding the principle of situational style leadership
• Practical experience at coaching others
Each module 2 days (16 hours) plus personal coaching if applicable
Individual one on one sessions – 2 hrs
$300 - $600 per person per individual module dependent on numbers, plus appropriate feedback instrument (Behaviour - DISC, personality –TMI, or 360o Feedback) $40 - $400.00 per person
Individual one on one coaching - $120.00 per session
