Workshop objectives
• To develop a personal project template and framework from various commonly used models
• To select a rapid results productivity or efficiency project to be achieved over the course of the workshops which can be shared with the group
• To understand the change issues around any project and develop strategies to ensure successful implementation
Learning outcomes
• Knowledge of a practical project planning methodology
• Experience at running a real productivity/improvement project which is supported and reviewed by peers
• Knowledge and experience at dealing with the people issues in implementation of productivity/improvement projects
