"This two workshop course follows on from ELEVATE / Tourism Fast Track – ideally 12 months after completion. It includes two half day workshops that cover:
• Positioning to Survive in the New Tourism Economy – enabling businesses to assess the value of different customer types and identify new and more valuable market segments.
• New Ways to Market and Sell Tourism Experiences – focusing on the need to improve the benefits being communicated to potential customers and improving the quality of the messaging in both traditional and new media environments.

2 x 3 hour workshops (ideally held in one day to keep travel costs to a minimum).

$210 to $319 per participant for 10 to 16 people per course. Note: lower cost relates to 16 participants.
