Outcomes: Development of business Vision, Mission, Strategic Plan and comprehensive The CEO/Director/MD, or management team will be facilitated through a comprehensive continuous improvement focused QA systems through facilitated workshops.
Available in either of the above Service Type formats. The same material is covered in both formats however some business may not have a management team and wish to undertake one to one training or delegate this work to a specific staff member.
One to One Training: Hourly (usually 14 required)
Workshop: Two day workshop – 14 hours (from recognised national qualifications)
One to One Training: Hourly rate is $200 plus GST per hour and actual travel costs if required to a maximum of $500
Workshop: Two Day Facilitated Workshop - $3,500 Plus GST (up to 8 people – 14 hours) and actual travel costs if required to a maximum of $500
Follow up (if required): Hourly rate is $200 plus GST per hour
