Outcomes: Comprehensive customised Strategic and Operational plans in an implementable form, development of associated monitoring, measurement and result recording systems and documentation through a facilitated and practical workshop.
Available in either of the above Service Type formats. The same material is covered in both formats however some businesses may not have a management team and wish to undertake one to one training or delegate this work to a specific staff member.
One to One Training: By the hour ( 7 hours usually required)
Workshop: Full day -7 hours (from recognised national qualifications)
One to One Training: Hourly rate is $200 plus GST per hour and actual travel costs if required to a maximum of $500
Workshop: Day Workshop - $1600 Plus GST (up to 8 people) and actual travel costs if required to a maximum of $500
Follow up (if required): Hourly rate is $200 plus GST per hour
