"Participants will learn how to write and develop high quality and measurable vision, mission, goals and objective statements. Outcomes: Clear and authentic business vision, mission, goals and objectives statements developed by CEO/Director/MD or in facilitated workshop with management team. Available in either of the above Service Type formats. The same material is covered in both formats however some businesses may not have a management team and wish to undertake one to one training or delegate this work to a specific staff member. One to One Training: By the hour ( 7 hours usually required)
Workshop: Full day -7 hours (from recognised national qualifications)
One to One Training: Hourly rate is $200 plus GST per hour and actual travel costs if required to a maximum of $500
Workshop: Day Workshop - $1600 Plus GST (up to 8 people) and actual travel costs if required to a maximum of $500
Follow up (if required): Hourly rate is $200 plus GST per hour
