We’ve all experienced disruption, uncertainty, and radically changing working conditions due to COVID-19, and these ever-changing circumstances have severely tested our resilience and emotional wellbeing.

It’s normal to experience overwhelm, uncertainty, and heightened stress levels, but how can we identify our stressors and manage our emotional wellbeing for the benefit of ourselves and our staff?

These one-to-one advisory coaching sessions are tailored to your needs and designed to have an immediate impact on your resilience, wellbeing and mental health,

You get an opportunity to step back from the ‘noise’ and take stock, whilst also gaining clarity and different perspectives from a confidential ‘sounding board’.

Best suited for business owners and leaders, entrepreneurs, and owner-operators, these coaching sessions will focus on four core areas of your mental wellbeing to give you the confidence to take on any challenging situation – no matter what COVID-19 might throw at you.

COURSE CONTENT will cover Behaviour, Mindset, Motivation & Stress.

OUTCOMES will include:

• BEHAVIOUR – you’ll learn how to become less reactive and more proactive. Identify what motivates you and address potential roadblocks. Discover how to engage employees and customers to improve performance

• MINDSET – you’ll learn how to re-program your mind at will. Feel resilient. Improve performance and productivity, and engagement and innovation.

• MOTIVATION – you’ll learn how to effectively lead your team and/or your business forward. Boost capability, motivation, and inspiration.

• STRESS – you’ll learn how to cope with the added pressures of the current climate. Understand your stressors. Re-focus your energy to where it's needed most. Reduce stress and overwhelm to prevent burnout. Move from surviving to thriving.

TIME COMMITMENT:
Estimated 10 hours – to be decided upon discussion with client.

DELIVERY:
This service can be delivered either face to face, via Zoom, Skype or over the phone.

FEE:
This service will be at a rate of $250 + GST an hour,
