We will use our extensive accumulated commercial experience to work with you “one on one”, and interact with employees of the business as appropriate, to:
a) Review the current operation of your business.
b) Review any manufacturing systems and processes.
c) Review the financial reporting systems in the operation.
d) Review the costing and pricing of current products and/or services.
e) Review the budgets, forecasts and cash flow plans.
f) Review the credit and debt management procedures.
g) Review the roles of key personnnel in the business processes.
h) Other matters the Owner or Manager wishes to have as a focus in the review.
These activities will enable us to report back to the Owner or Manager on the effectiveness of all the current operational controls and procedures in the business, and opportunities for improved profitability, or organisational effectiveness, with recommendations for the implementation of changes that will generally enhance the capability of the organisation.
1. An initial information sharing meeting of between two and four hours duration.
2. Documentation by us of the of scope of project, agreed objectives and milestones, normally three or four hours of work.
3. Work in the business reviewing all agreed areas for attention as part of the review. This will vary from one or two days for a smaller business, to a number of days for a large enterprise.
4. Work by us to write a report on the outcome of the review and provide our recommendations.
5. Meet with Owner or Manager to present the review, agree the action plans going forward and the implementation programme.
6. The Owner or Manager then implements the agreed programme.
7. Project implementation meetings with Owner or Manager, normally of two hours duration, and at two, three, or four weekly intervals, depending on the nature of the project, with agreed actions by client and us between meetings.
8. Meetings can also be held with key personnel to assist them in implementing the agreed changes, if required.
9. The agreed timeline for the project will depend on the nature, size and complexity of the business.
1. An agreed lump sum for the project progressed to agreed milestones, or
2. Work is performed at charge out rates which are:
• $250.00 per hour for less than full days worked on the project, or
• $1,500.00 per day, for a full day worked on the project.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, payable within seven days of the monthly invoice.
