Teaching how to undertake a 5S Self Audit and developing an associated Improvement Plan.

Delivered by members of our Team with skills from working in Lean environments including Toyota, Rolls Royce and Electrolux. Our Team have a wide range of skills and experience implementing Lean Thinking in more than 70 organisations from very diverse business sectors.

This is conducted as an in-house workshop for each client.

Our pricing is based on a rate of $1800 + GST per day per Coach for the organisation. Initial start-up materials of approximately $200 + GST .
