An increasing focus on business growth combined with ever changing customer expectations, has created the need to investigate process and performance change to enable companies to become stronger and more competitive in the future.

Series 1. 4 Workshops.

In series 1, participants will learn how to break down current processes and identify issues that cause chaos, fire fighting, blame, poor quality, declining sales, lost productivity and dissatisfied customers.

Series 1. Start building a foundation for process excellence.
Workshop 1. Investigate what your customer sees in you, your products and your service.
Workshop 2. Learn how to map your internal / external value streams and identify the waste.
Workshop 3. Learn how to measure and analyse failing or wasteful processes.
Workshop 4. Learn how to identify the root causes and create an improvement plan to build future business excellence, process by process.

Workshop duration: 4 x 5 hour workshops over 3 months.
Opportunity Cost In-house: $5000 + GST and disbursements.
Opportunity Cost Public Programme: $1200pp + GST (min 6 - max 12 participants)
