This workshop is designed for business leaders and Sales and Tendering leaders who are looking at how to identify and realise continuous improvement opportunities within the sales, bids and tender areas of the business.

Learning
Through this workshop, you will learn:

- how to identify types of waste and understand where it is in the process
- where potential improvement opportunities are in your sales and marketing area
- how to establish an improvement programme

You will also learn how to apply lean principles to improve processes and results, reduce cost of winning sales, retain customers, improve conversion rate achieve business growth and respond to changing market conditions.
