	Fantastic course, would recommend to any business owner or management. The part on communicating with different cultures and why NZ's act the way they do, extremely eye opening and beneficial. I am looking at what I do and how I react to others very differently.
	This course was totally relevant for my business and gave me ideas and tools to start using straight away. It also explained a lot about the differences in attitudes and communication styles of our customers and staff based around cultural backgrounds which I found very revealing and it made a lot of sense. Very worthwhile.
